Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Qualification:Sc. Civil Engineering from a PEC or HEC recognized University.
- Experience: At least 30 years of experience in Civil Engineering focusing on Irrigation and Drainage Projects. Candidates must have specialized experience in the construction of bulk water supply projects involving pressurized large-diameter pipeline conveyance systems equipped with pumping stations.
- Age Limit (Max): 62 Years
- Quota: Open Merit
Pay Package & Duties
Pay Package: Competitive market-based lump-sum pay package commensurate with the qualification and experience of the individual.
Core Responsibilities: The advisor will provide expert advice to the Authority regarding key initiatives such as the K-IV Project, Water Conduction to Islamabad, CRBC (LCG), and Drainage Projects of the Lower Indus Basin. Responsibilities also include reviewing project progress, contract compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance.
